跌打风湿膏结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的临床效果

摘要目的探讨跌打风湿膏结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月～2019年6月常德市第一中医医院收治的60 例风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（30 例）与治疗组（30 例）。对照组采用扶他林（双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂）外搽结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，治疗组采用跌打风湿膏外贴结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗。比较两组的膝关节疼痛评分、骨关节炎评分、临床治疗总有效率。结果治疗组膝关节疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；治疗组西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（WOMAC）各因子评分和总分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论风寒湿痹型膝骨关节炎使用跌打风湿膏结合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗，能够明显缓解疼痛，改善膝关节功能，具有祛风除湿、散寒止痛的作用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dieda Fengshi Plaster intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold-damp impediment type.Methods A total of 60 patients with osteoarthritis with wind-cold-damp impediment type admitted to No.1 Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Changde from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases)by random table method.The control group was treated with Fortaline(Diclofenac Diethylamine Latex)combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection,the treatment group was treated with Dieda Fengshi Plaster combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection.The scores of pain,osteoarthritis score and the total effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of knee joint of treatment group was lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The scores of western Ontario and Mc Master universities osteoarthritis index(WOMA)and the total score of treatment group were all lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Dieda Fengshi Plaster combined with intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of knee with osteoarthritis with wind -cold -damp impediment type has good efficacy and it is helpful to improve symptoms.It can obviously relieve pain,improve knee joint function,relieve rheumatism,chills and pain.
