Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of standardized management in chemotherapeutic drugs allocation.Methods From February 2017 to February 2018, a total of 25 drug allocators in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study, The scores of occupational protection knowledge and the occurrence of adverse events before and after standardized management were compared.Results After management, the scores of occupational protection related knowledge, configuration operation, drug hazard, emergency management and so on were higher than those before management, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events after management(8.00%) was lower than that before management (32.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of standardized management, the quality of chemotherapeutic drug allocation has been significantly improved, and the proportion of adverse events has been reduced.It can ensure the occupational safety of personnel allocation, and should be promoted.
