Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of drug resistance gene detection in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) on clinical therapeutic efficacy. Methods A total of 120 NSCLC patients who received treatment in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected. Multidrug resistance gene (MDR1), human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 gene (c-erbb-2), glutathione S transferase (GST-π) were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The patients were treated with Cisplatin, Vincristine and Vinblastine Amide, and the tumor inhibition rates of patients with positive expression of three drug resistance genes were detected. Results The positive expression rates of MDR1, c-erbB-2 and GST-π were lower than those of negative expression (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of MDR1, c-erbB-2 and GST-π genes in NSCLC patients were not related to sex and age, but which were related to pathological stage, pathological type, lymph node metastasis, infiltration degree and differentiation degree (P<0.05). The tumor inhibition rates of MDR1 and c-erbB-2 positive expression were lower than those of GST-π positive expression(P<0.05). Conclusion Detection of drug resistance genes in NSCLC patients can diagnose drug resistance of patients and effectively improve the treatment effect and prognosis of patients.
