ObjectiveTo explore the clinical nursing effect of acupoint sticking method to prevent nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia.MethodsThis study selected the June 2016 to June 2017 were 102 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as the research object, which was divided into control group and observation group,51 cases in each group. The observation group was received routine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine additive acupoint treatment, the control group was received routine nursing care. The incidence and incidence of nausea and vomiting and adverse reactions(such as pruritus, adhesive tape allergy, chest tightness, palpitation)were observed in two groups after operation.ResultsThe postoperative observation group 0-6 h,7-24 h incidence of nausea and vomiting were lower than that the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group 0-6 h,7-24 h period of nausea and vomiting degree were lower than that the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group 0-6 h,7-24 h period, nausea vomiting score were lower than that the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (7.84%)was not significantly different from that in the control group (P>0.05).ConclusionAcupoint sticking therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia, reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting, and the side effects are small.
