Expression and clinical significance of miR-92 in epithelial ovarian cancer

Abstract：Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-92 in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods From January 2007 to December 2017,altogether 300 cases of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer,300 cases of benign ovarian tumor,and 300 patients who underwent unilateral or bilateral ovariectomy because of benign lesions of reproductive organs(except ovary)were selected as the research objects.The real-time fluorescence quantitative assay was used to detect the expression of miR-92 in ovarian cancer,benign ovarian tumor and normal ovarian tissues.Results The level of miR-92 in ovarian cancer group was higher than that in ovarian benign tumor group and normal ovarian group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The level of miR-92 in ovarian cancer group was related to lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and tumor differentiation (P＜0.05).Conclusion The level of miR-92 expression can be used as a clinical basis for the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
