Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive aerobic exercise intervention on fatty liver in simple obese children. Methods A total of 60 children with simple fatty liver admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The children in the control group did not take any intervention measures. The children in the observation group received comprehensive aerobic exercise intervention. After one year, the liver function related indicators and weight related indicators of the two groups of children were analyzed and compared. Results After the intervention, the height of the two groups of children was significantly higher than that before the intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in height between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).The weight and BMI of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The weight and BMI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The related indexes of liver function in the observation group were significantly lower than those before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The related indexes of liver function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention of aerobic exercise for children with simple obesity and fatty liver can obviously improve the clinical indicators, effectively control the weight and enhance the health awareness of the children.
