益生菌在儿童幽门螺杆菌感染治疗中的应用进展

摘要幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的最危险人群是儿童。目前抗生素联合治疗仍是抗Hp感染的主要方法。但长期应用抗生素引起的不良反应及细菌耐药的出现，导致Hp感染的根除率逐年降低。因此，近年提出了益生菌在提高Hp感染的根除率及减少不良反应方面有显著优势。本文就益生菌在儿童Hp感染治疗中的应用展开综述。

Abstract：The most dangerous of Hp infection is the children.Antibiotic therapy is the main method of Hp infection.However,the long-term use of antibiotics caused by adverse reactions and the emergence of bacterial resistance,resulting in the eradication of Hp infection rate decreased year by year.In recent years,it has been suggested that probiotics had significant advantages in improving the eradication rate of Hp infection and reducing adverse reactions.In this paper,the application of probiotics in the treatment of Hp infection in children was reviewed.
