Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effect of microwave combined with Interleukin-2(IL-2)and Interferon Vaginal Effervescent Tablets in the treatment of female condyloma acuminatum.MethodsAltogether 120 cases of condyloma acuminatum who were treated in outpatient of our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects of this research and randomly divided into the experiment group and the conventional group according to the random number method,60 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with single microwave,and the experiment group was treated with Interleukin-2 and Interferon Vaginal Effervescent Tablets on the basis of the conventional group.The curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in the experimental group(90.00%)was significantly higher than the conventional group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In the experimental group,1 patient showed slight pain and discomfort in the waist and abdomen after treatment,but the symptoms gradually disappeared without any treatment in a few days later.ConclusionApplication of microwave combined with Interleukin-2 and Interferon Vagina Effervescent Tablets is effective in the treatment of female condyloma acuminatum,with low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
