Abstract:Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in traumatic fractures of limbs in our hospital from 2014 to 2016.Methods Eighty patients of traumatic fracture of extremities(open fracture in 45 cases and closed fracture in 35 cases)with confirmed pathogenic bacteria infection in our hospital from March 2014 to June 2016 were selected as subjects for medical record analysis.Pathogen distribution and drug susceptibility results were surveyed. Results Among the 80 patients,75 cases were single pathogenic bacteria (93.75%)and 5 cases were mixed infections(6.25%).A total of 85 strains were detected,of which 52 strains were Gram-positive bacteria(61.18%),33 strains were Gram-negative bacteria(accounting for 38.82%).Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were all resistant to Penicillin, the resistance rate was 100%,while the resistance did not show to Tigecycline and Linezolid.Escherichia coli and Enterobacter cloacae were resistant to Cefazolin, the resistance rate was 100%,and the resistance of Enterobacter cloacae to Ampicillin and Sulbactam were 100%,while Escherichia coli did not show resistance to Piperacillin and Erythromycin. Conclusions Gram-positive bacteria are the main pathogenic bacteria of traumatic fractures of limbs in our hospital from 2014 to 2016.The clinical treatment should be combined with specific drug susceptibility test results to choose antibacterial drugs.
