Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope with soft ureter mirror treating complexed kidney stones. Methods 82 patients with complexed kidney stones from June 2013 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was(n=40)treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope, while the observation group(n=42)was adopted soft ureter mirror therapy. Blood loss, operative time, hospitalization time of two groups were compared, and one-time calculi clearance rate and complication were compared. Results The operation time, length of staying in hospital respectively were (62.93±9.25)d and(3.31±0.87)d in observation group and were both shorter than (83.84±12.34)d and(5.38±1.26)d in the control group, intraoperative blood loss was (59.85±11.42)ml in observation group, was obvious less than (82.39±15.52)ml in the control group(P<0.05);The one-time calculi clearance rate of the observation group was 95.24%,was obvious higher than that of 72.50%in the control group, incidence of complications was 19.05%in observation group and was obvious lower than that of 55.00%in the control group, with difference significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscope with soft ureter mirror treating on complexed kidney stones is obvious, which has small trauma, rapid recovery and high calculi clearance rate,It is worthy of promotion.
