Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service mode in parturient nursing after cesarean section.Methods From January 2016 to May 2017,66 patients undergone cesarean delivery in our hospital were enrolled as research objects.By ranclom draw method,they were evenly divided into research group (high quality nursing service mode) and control group (conventional nursing mode),33 cases in each group.The degree of postoperative pain and incidence of postpartum depression in puerperae in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of postpartum depressionin in the research group (3.0%) was lower than that in the control group (18.2%),with significant difference (P<0.05).The average score of pain in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion The application effect of high quality nursing service mode in parturient nursing after cesarean section is definite,which can effectively reduce the postoperative pain and the incidence of postpartum depression.
