Abstract：Objective To explore the risk factors related to lower extremity venous thromboembolism after knee arthroscopy surgery.Methods 515 patients who underwent arthroscopy in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects,according to whether the patients had venous thromboembolism or not,all patients were devided into the venous thromboembolism group (65 cases) and the without venous thromboembolism group (450 cases).The clinical data and laboratory indexes of the selected patients were collected,and the differences of clinical factors between the two groups were compared,and the risk factors of venous thrombosis after knee arthroscopy surgery were analyzed.Results In this group of 515 patients with knee arthroscopy,65 cases of venous thromboembolic events (VTEs) occurred,incidence rate was 12.62%.There were significant difference in age,BMI,Hyperlipidemia,history of thromboembolic disease,application of tourniquet,antithrombotic pump pressure postoperative of lower limb,the time of bed postoperative,the level of Hcy and Caprini evaluation of two group between the two groups (P＜0.05).Age,antithrombotic pump pressure postoperative of lower limb,the level of Hcy and Caprini evaluation were the independent risk factors for venous thromboembolism after knee arthroscopy surgery.Conclusion Age,antithrombotic pump pressure postoperative of lower limb,the level of Hcy and Caprini evaluation are the independent risk factors for venous thromboembolism after knee arthroscopy surgery.The antithrombotic pump pressure postoperative of lower limb may be a protective factor of venous thromboembolism after knee arthroscopy surgery.
