六味地黄丸联合阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症临床效果及对患者性功能的影响

摘要目的探讨六味地黄丸联合阿立哌唑治疗男性精神分裂症临床效果及对患者性功能的影响。方法选择2015年1月～2016年3月在我院精神科收治的男性精神分裂患者96例作为研究对象，按照治疗方式不同，将所选患者分为对照组、观察组，每组48例。对照组采用阿立哌唑治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合六味地黄丸治疗，疗程2个月。比较两组临床疗效以及治疗后对性功能的影响，并记录两组药物不良反应。结果治疗后，观察组PANSS 总评分为[（46.2±16.7）分]明显低对照组[（58.9±15.6）分],ASEX 总评分为[（12.9±6.8）分]，明显低对照组[（20.7±6.4）分],差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总有效率 93.75%（45/48），明显高于对照组 77.08%（37/48）,两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为16.67%（8/48），对照组不良反应发生率为10.42%（5/48），两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论运用六味地黄丸联合阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂患者，可明显提高治疗效果，改善患者性功能障碍，且药物不良反应少，值得临床推广运用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of male schizophrenia and its influence on sexual function of male patients.MethodsFrom January 2015 to March 2016,96 cases of male patients with schizophrenia psychiatric in our hospital were selected as objects,according to the different treatment methods,the selected patients were divided into control group and observation group,There were 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Aripiprazole,and the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pills on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the course of treatment was 2 months.The clinical effect of the two groups and the effects on sexual function after treatment were compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.ResultsAfter treatment,observation group PANSS total score [(46.2±16.7)points]were significantly lower in control group[(58.9±15.6)points,]the total score of ASEX [(12.9±6.8)points]was significantly lower in control group[(20.7±6.4)points]and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total efficiency of the observation group 93.75%(45/48)was significantly higher than the control group 77.08%(37/48)and the total effective comparison of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67%(8/48),the control group adverse reaction rate was 10.42%(5/48),There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionLiuwei Dihuang Pills combined with Aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia patients can significantly improve the treatment effect,improve sexual dysfunction,and less adverse drug reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
