黄芪注射液联合抗结核药对肺结核的治疗作用研究

摘要目的探讨黄芪注射液联合抗结核药对肺结核的治疗效果。方法选择2016年1月～2017年1月来我院进行肺结核治疗的87例患者作为研究对象，将其分成对照组（43例）与观察组（44例）。对照组单纯采用抗结核西药治疗，观察组在对照组抗结核治疗的基础上联合黄芪注射液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后3个月，观察组患者的痰菌阴转率（93.18%）明显高于对照组（65.12%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗6个月后，观察组患者的病灶总吸收率（93.18%）明显高于对照组（74.42%）（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的空洞闭合率（86.36%）明显高于对照组（69.77%），不良反应发生率（6.82%）明显低于对照组（16.28%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肺结核患者采用黄芪注射液联合抗结核药物治疗的痰菌阴转率、病灶总吸收率、空洞闭合率均较高，不良反应发生率较低，值得临床借鉴与推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic effect of Huangqi Injection combined with anti-tuberculosis drug on tuberculosis.Methods87 patients given tuberculosis treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into the control group (n＝43)and observation group (n＝44).The control group was treated with anti-tuberculosis western medicine alone.The observation group was treated with Huangqi Injection on the basis of anti-tuberculosis treatment in the control group.The curative effect was compared in patients between the two groups.ResultsAfter 3 months treatment,the sputum negative rate in patients of the observation group(93.18%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(65.12%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).After 6 months treatment,the total absorption rate of lesion in patients of the observation group(93.18%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.42%)(P＜0.05).Void closure rate in patients of the observation group(86.36%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(69.77%),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (6.82%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.28%),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).ConclusionHuangqi Injection combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs applied in patients with tuberculosis,and its sputum negative conversion rate,the total absorption rate of lesion and void closure rate were higher,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower.It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
