Influence of Oxaliplatin+Tegafur chemotherapy combined with Ziyin Jianpi Quyu Decoction on therapeutic effect,quality of life,and immunological indexes in patients with advanced gastric cancer

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the influence of Oxaliplatin+Tegafur chemotherapy combined with Ziyin Jianpi Quyu Decoction on therapeutic effect,quality of life,and immunological indexes in patients with advanced gastric cancer.MethodsFrom January 2014 to January 2017,44 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital were enrolled.By randomized integrated and sequent therapy,they were eveny divided into control group and observation group,and there were 22 cases in each group.Both groups were provided with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur.In the observation group,Ziyin Jianpi Quyu Decoction was added besides.The therapeutic effective rate,score of quality of life,and immunological indexes were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe therapeutic effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The indexes of physiological factor and social relation from QOLBREF scale in the observation group were superior to those in the control group (P＜0.05).After therapy,the indexes of CD4+and CD3+were both better than those in the control group with statistical differences(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,application of Oxaliplatin+Tegafur chemotherapy combined with Ziyin Jianpi Quyu Decoction can improve the quality of life,immune function,as well as therapeutic effect,and reduce the toxic and side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
