S-腺苷蛋氨酸对原发性肝癌介入化疗栓塞后急性肝功能损害的保护作用

摘要目的分析S-腺苷蛋氨酸对原发性肝癌介入化疗栓塞（TACE）后急性肝功能损害的保护作用。方法选择2015年1月～2017年1月我院收治的80例行TACE治疗的原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象，根据随机综合序贯法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组给予常规的保肝治疗，包括TACE治疗、肝泰乐片+维生素C+肌苷注射液等药物干预。观察组在对照组基础上给予S-腺苷蛋氨酸治疗，比较两组治疗前后不同时间的肝功能指标变化。结果治疗前，两组患者肝功能指标比较，差异无有统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后7 d，观察组肝功能指标水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在肝癌TACE后予以S-腺苷蛋氨酸静滴治疗，可有效的缓解急性肝功能损害，促进患者的肝功能恢复。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the protective effect of S-adenosylmethionine on acute liver function lesion after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in the patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods80 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma who were admitted in our hospital and treated by TACE from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the comprehensive randomized sequential method,the patients were divided into 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine hepatoprotective therapy,including TACE treatment,gantaile tablets+Vitamin C+creatinine injection and other drug intervention.The observation group was given S-adenosylmethionine after the treatment on the basis of the control group.The changes of liver function were compared between the two groups at different time points before and after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment,the liver function indices in the two groups were compared and the differences were not statistically significant(P＞0.05);the level of liver function indices in the observation group 7 d after the treatment was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);the satisfaction rate with treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the results were significantly different(P＜0.05).ConclusionS-adenosylmethionine intravenous infusion can be used to alleviate the acute liver function injury and promote the recovery of liver function in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after TACE.
