Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of different dose Progynova applied in for endometrial repair after intrauterine adhesion operation.Methods174 patients with endometrial repair after intrauterine adhesion treated in our hospital from October 12,2015 to March 20,2016 were selected. The patients were divided into the three groups, and there were 58 cases in each group.2 mg group was given 2 mg Progynova for treatment,4 mg group was given 4 mg Progynova for treatment, and 6 mg was given 6 mg Progynova for treatment. The hospital stay, symptom improvement time, hospitalization cost, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.ResultsThe hospital stay, symptom improvement time, and hospitalization cost after therapy in 4 mg group was(15.01±0.45)d,(8.45±1.29)d,(3565.11± 127.48)yuan respectively, which were better than those in 2 mg group [(21.25±1.47)d,(10.28±2.11)d,and (5627.49± 159.28)yuan],and 6 mg group[(18.45±1.25)d,(9.24±0.28)d,(4252.45±145.11)yuan](P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in 4 mg group was 6.90%,which was lower than that of the 2 mg group (20.90%)and the 6 mg group (12.07%)(P<0.05).ConclusionFor endometrial repair patients after intrauterine adhesion, application of 4 mg Progynova can obtain a remarkable effect.
