Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of vaginal delivery after cesarean section in re-pregnant women. Methods Altogether 172 cases of re-pregnant women after cesarean section in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to the wishes of pregnant women and their families, with 86 cases in each group.Among them, experiment group adopted vaginal delivery, while control group continued to adopt cesarean delivery. The maternal and fetal indicators of the two groups were observed and comparatively analyzed. Results The duration of labor and hospitalization time of pregnant women in experiment group were significantly shorter than those of control group, the amount of bleeding of experiment group was significantly less than that of control group, the postoperative thrombosis rate and perinatal infection rate of experiment group were significantly lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal weight and Apgar score of experiment group were compared with control group, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The adverse results of the neonates in experiment group were compared with control group, and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Selection of vaginal delivery for pregnant women after cesarean section can significantly shorten the duration of labor, reduce trauma, the amount of bleeding and the infection rate. It′s safe, realible and reduce the cost of delivery. Therefore,in the premise of strictly surgical indications, pregnant women are encouraged to accept vaginal delivery.
