Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and therapeutic effect on senile stroke patients combined with aspiration pneumonia. Methods From January 2015 to October 2016,120 cases of senile cerebral apoplexy patients treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,60 cases of senile stroke patients combined with aspiration pneumonia as experimental group,60 cases without aspiration pneumonia senile stroke patients as normal group. The clinical manifestations of aspiration pneumonia, pulmonary imaging examination, outcome of sputum culture, relevant risk factors, disease treatment and prognosis were analyzed. Results In the experimental group, there were 31 cases with typical manifestations of respiratory system, and 29 cases were absent. There were 7 cases presented with lobe or segment consolidation shadow and atelectasis.51 cases were in inferior lung.44 cases were ascribed to pathogen growth.Compared the basic information of patients in the two groups, showed that age, albumin level, smoking history, combination of diabetes mellitus, disturbance of consciousness, antacids, nasogastric time were risk factors of aspiration pneumonia, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For senile stroke patients, the clinical manifestations of aspiration pneumonia lack typical characteristics. If in sputum culture, the pathogenic bacteria are complex and diverse. The prevention of these diseases should be paid attention to.
