Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on reducing disability rate of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods 160 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis who were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.The observation group was given early rehabilitation intervention method,wihle the control group was given conventional nursing methods.The neurologic impairment clinical treatment effect,recovery indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The total effective of neurologic impairment treatment (97.50%),nursing satisfaction (98.75%),the score of FMA [(90.12±5.88) points] and Barthel [(85.43±7.82) points] were better than those in the control group [87.50%,85.00%,(75.43±9.58) points,(22.45±3.45) d,(64.35±5.78) points],and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis,can restore life and athletic ability and improve patient care satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
