Abstract:Objective To explore the control effect analysis of seamless nursing management on reducing infection in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods 86 patients treated in the gynecology and obstetrics department in our hospital from January to November 2016 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random digital table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was taken routine nursing care,while the treatment group was given application of seamless nursing intervention.32 nurses in our department were randomly divided into two groups,with 16 nurses in each group.The comprehensive quality of nursing of two groups were compared and were assessed by analyzing the basic knowledge,basic operation and disease knowledge.The satisfaction and incidence of nosocomial infection of patients in two groups were compared.Results The score of basic knowledge,basic operation and disease knowledge in treatment group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In the treatment group,the satisfaction of nursing (93.02%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (86.05%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total infection rate of the patients in the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing management can optimize the nursing link,improve the quality of nursing and the satisfaction of patients,and also effectively reduce the incidence of infection.It is worthy of clinical application.
