Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of permanent deep venous catheter in hemodialysis and to evaluate the nursing strategy. Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,50 hemodialysis patients in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and the patients were divided into the study group and the control group. Two groups were treated with hemodialysis were used during the permanent deep venous catheter,on this basis, the control group of hemodialysis patients were given conventional nursing intervention methods, the study of group of hemodialysis patients with comprehensive nursing intervention study. The duration of permanent deep vein indwelling catheter and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results The two groups of permanent deep venous catheter indwelling time, the study group [(13.60±1.70) months] was significantly higher than the control group [(9.20±1.20) months],the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);compare the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups, the study group (1 cases) was significantly lower than the control group (6 cases),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).For hemodialysis patients with hemodialysis catheter and Conclusion application of permanent deep venous, given comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively prolong the indwelling time, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
