我国构建家庭医疗签约服务制度的机制探讨

摘要目的探讨我国构建家庭医疗签约服务制度的方式方法。方法2015年2月～2016年6月以我中心儿童保健、妇女保健和门诊医疗为先导，建立并实施团队护士协助家庭医生签约服务制度，并对制度实施前后Ⅰ类对象定诊率、家庭医生满意度、健康档案更新及时率、签约对象满意度进行比较分析。结果同家庭医疗签约服务制度实施前相比，Ⅰ类对象定诊率、家庭医生满意度、健康档案更新及时率、签约对象满意度均明显提高（P＜0.05）。结论实行团队护士协助家庭医生签约服务制度，有利于家庭医疗签约服务的发展与全面深化，家庭医生团队护士制度具有推广意义。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the methods of establishing family contract medical service system in China.MethodsSystem of team nurse assisting family contract medical service system was established and implemented making child health of our center,women′s health and outpatient our forerunner service in our center from February 2015 to June 2016,and the rate of diagnosis of,and the rate of diagnosis of classⅠobject,the satisfaction degree of family doctor,timely rate of health records update,the and satisfaction degree of signing object before and after the system implementation were compared.ResultsThe rate of diagnosis of classⅠobject,the satisfaction degree of family doctor,timely rate of health records update,and satisfaction degree of signing object after the implementation of the system was significantly improved(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of system of team nurse assisting doctor signing service can help the development and all-round reform of the home medical contract service,and the system of family doctor and team nurse can be promoted.
