佛山市顺德区2016年HIV感染者晚发现率及影响因素分析

摘要目的探讨佛山市顺德区2016年HIV感染者晚发现率及相关影响因素。方法选取佛山市顺德区2016年1～12月新报告的300例HIV感染者，调查其基本信息、感染途径、样本来源等，分析导致HIV感染者的晚发现率及影响因素。结果300例研究对象当中，109例属于晚发现者（36.3%）；HIV感染者晚发现的样本多数来源于检测咨询；多因素Logistic回归分析显示，男性、年龄较高者、异性传播以及经性病门诊发现HIV感染者的晚发现率明显更高（P＜0.05）。结论佛山市顺德区2016年HIV感染者晚发现率较高，应不断加强社会宣传教育，扩大检测，以提高HIV感染者的早发现能力。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the late detection rate and related factors of HIV infection in Shunde District of Foshan City in 2016.Methods300 cases of newly-reported HIV infections in Shunde District of Foshan City from January to December in 2016 were selected and the basic information,route of infection and source of sample were investigated to analyze the late influencing factors of HIV infections.ResultsAmong 300 subjects of the research,109 cases were lately detected (36.3%);most samples with late detection of HIV infections came from testing and counseling;multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the late detection rate of male,old age,heterosexual transmission and HIV infections that were found in sexually transmitted disease clinic was significantly higher(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe late detection rate of HIV infections in Shunde District of Foshan City is high in 2016.It is necessary to strengthen social publicity and education and expand detection so as to improve the ability of early detection of HIV-infected persons.
