益气除痰方对肺癌化疗患者全血细胞计数的影响

摘要目的评价益气除痰方对非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者DP方案化疗期间全细胞计数的影响和观察临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月～2016年3月收治的63例NSCLC患者，将患者分为单纯西医治疗组（西医组，33例）与配合益气除痰方的中西医结合治疗组（中西医结合组，30例）。比较两组化疗前后的全血细胞计数、KPS评分、生活质量评分、体重、不良症状积分。结果两组患者化疗第42天的全血细胞计数、KPS评分、生活质量评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组化疗第21、42天的体重差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。中西医结合组治疗后的咳嗽、咳痰、气促积分均明显低于西医组（P＜0.05）。结论益气除痰方配合化疗比单纯化疗的NSCLC患者全血细胞计数变化更小，生活质量更高。中西医结合治疗肺癌值得进一步研究。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of Benefiting Vital Energy and Eliminating Phlegm Prescription on complete blood count in patients with non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)during DP chemotherapy and observe the clinical curative effect.Methods63 cases with NSCLC treated form March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and they were divided into simple Western medicine treatment group(Western medicine group,33 cases)and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment matching with Benefiting Vital Energy and Eliminating Phlegm Prescription(integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,30 cases).Complete blood count,KPS score,quality of life score and the body weight and integral calculus of adverse symptoms before and after chemotherapy between two groups were compared.ResultsThere was a significant difference of complete blood count,KPS score and quality of life score in the forty-second days with chemotherapy between two groups(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference of body weight in the twenty-first and forty-second days with chemotherapy(P＞0.05).Integral calculus of cough,expectoration,shortness of breath in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group were significantly lower than those of western medicine group(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe change of complete blood count is less and quality of life is higher for Benefiting Vital Energy and Eliminating Phlegm Prescription matching with chemotherapy compared with simple chemotherapy.Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treating lung cancer deserves further study.
