Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Collutorymaxillary combined with Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle in the treatment of chronic gingivitis.Methods120 cases of chronic gingivitis in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.All patients were treated with ultrasonic scaling,the control group was given saline gargle,the observation group was given Collutorymaxillary combined with Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle.The treatment effect,the time of pain and swelling disappeared,and the gingival index(GI),plaque index(PI),gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and oral hygiene index (OHI-S)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The time of pain and swelling disappeared in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The scores of GI,PI,SBI and OHI-S after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionCollutorymaxillary combined with Jinzhi Jieyin Gargle can effectively improve the treatment of chronic gingivitis,and the clinical symptoms can disappear earlier.
