Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Ceftriaxone Sodium combined with Tanreqing Injection in treating bronchial pneumonia in children.Methods120 children with of bronchial pneumonia treated in inpatient department of our hospital from March 2014 to December 2015 were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups and each group had 60 cases.The observation group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium combined with Tanreqing Injection,while the control group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium combined with Ambroxol Injection.The total effective rate,temperature recovery time,clinical symptom disappearance time,lung sign disappearance time and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of patients in the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).Temperature recovery time[(1.61±0.36)d],clinical symptom disappearance time[(3.51±0.55)d],lung sign disappearance time[(5.32±1.25)d]and hospitalization time[(7.25±2.11)d]were shorter than those of the control group[(2.61±0.45),(4.51±1.05),(6.45±1.42),(8.56±2.30)d](P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Ceftriaxone Sodium combined with Tanreqing Injection treating bronchial pneumonia is significant and can effectively improve the clinical manifestation of patients and shorten the course of disease.It is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
