Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of selective decompression of the intervertebral foramen technique intervertebral disc approach in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis.Methods78 cases of degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to randomized, double blind method,39 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional laminectomy treatment, the experimental group was given selective decompression of the intervertebral foramen technique intervertebral disc approach treatment. The treatment effect in the two groups was compared.ResultsThe JOA score and the total effective rate of the immediate,3 and 6 months after operation in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the VAS score of the immediate,3 and 6 months after operation in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of selective decompression of the intervertebral foramen technique intervertebral disc approach can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect on patients with degenerative lumbar spinal canal, improve the neurological function, relieve pain, the effect is remarkable,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
