Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the application effect of high quality nursing in the rescue of acute pulmonary thromboembolism.Methods150 patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were chosen and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 75 cases according to the random number table method.The respiratory rate,blood pressure and oxygen partial pressure of the two groups were counted,and the total satisfaction degree,length of stay and recurrence rate between two groups were compared.ResultsThe respiratory rate,systolic blood pressure and oxygen partial pressure in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.01).The total satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.01).The length of stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.7%,which was lower than that of the control group (13.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe high quality nursing program can effectively improve the rescue effect of acute pulmonary thromboembolism,and it is worthy of clinical wide popularization.
