Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the application effect of responsibility nursing intervention in the whole course treatment of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis.Methods60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis treated in department of infectious internal medicine of our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into the responsible group(n=30)and routine group(n=30).The regular group was given the routine nursing, while the responsible group was given the responsibility nursing of whole course.Hemoptysis stoping time, length of stay and the total incidence rate of the bad ending such as massive hemoptysis, shock, asphyxia, death and so on in patients between two groups were compared. Results Hemoptysis stoping time, length of stay in the responsible group was shorter than those of the routine group[(11.4±3.2)h vs.(19.3±3.7)h,(6.8±1.1)d vs.(8.6±1.3)d](P<0.05).The total incidence rate of the bad ending in the responsible group was lower than that of the routine group(6.67%vs.26.67%)(P<0.05).ConclusionResponsibility nursing intervention applied in the whole course treatment of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis can help improve the clinical efficacy of patients.
