电刺激生物反馈治疗联合自主巩固训练在产后盆底康复治疗中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨电刺激生物反馈治疗联合自主巩固训练在产后盆底康复治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2015年9月～2016年9月在广东省阳江市妇幼保健院自愿进行盆底检测及盆底康复治疗的初产后妇女120例作为研究对象，按照是否在盆底肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗期间进行自主盆底肌肉训炼分为对照组（60例）与观察组（60例），观察组又分为观察一组（30例）和观察二组（30例），观察一组：电刺激+生物反馈+盆底肌肉锻炼（Kegel运动），观察二组：电刺激+生物反馈+阴道哑铃训炼，对照组单纯使用盆底肌肉刺激治疗仪进行电刺激+生物反馈盆底康复治疗。治疗前后对各组患者进行盆底电诊断，检测盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌肌力、疲劳度及盆底肌最大肌电压。结果治疗后观察组和对照组患者盆底Ⅰ、Ⅱ类肌肌力和盆底肌电位活动均值均有提高，疲劳度值均降低，组内治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组效果优于对照组，观察二组效果优于观察一组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用盆底肌肉刺激治疗仪治疗期间同时进行自主巩固训练可提高盆底康复疗效；与盆底肌肉锻炼比较，使用阴道哑铃训练对有效恢复盆底功能有更显著的协同作用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with self consolidating training on the rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscle function in postpartum women.Methods120 cases of primiparas were selected,who were hospitalized in Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Guangdong Province from September 2015 to September 2016,volunteered for the detection of pelvic floor and pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy, the primiparas were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to whether use the self consolidating training during the treatment of electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy.The observation group was divided into observation group 1(30 cases)and observation group 2(30 cases);the observation group 1 was treated by electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise,the observation group 2 was treated by electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with vaginal dumbbell training;while the control group was only accepted electrical stimulation and biofeedback therapy.The pelvic electrical diagnosis was used in each groups before and after treatment,the pelvic floor muscle fiber,the maximum muscle voltage ofⅠ,Ⅱpelvic floor muscle and fatigue state were compared and analyzed.ResultsAfter rehabilitation treatment,muscle strength and the maximum muscle voltage ofⅠ,Ⅱpelvic floor muscles of the observation group and control group were higher,and the mean value of fatigue were lower;the differences before and after treatment intra-group had statistical significance (P＜0.05).Curative effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P＜0.05);curative effect in the observation group 2 was better than that in the observation group 1,the difference had statistical significance(P＜0.05).ConclusionElectrical stimulation biofeedback therapy combined with self consolidating training can improve the curative effect of rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscle function in primiparas;compared with pelvic floor muscle exercise,the vaginal dumbbell training has better curative effect in the electrical stimulation biofeedback therapy.
