同源基因IRX1在原发性肝癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要目的探讨同源基因IRX1在原发性肝癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2014年5月～2016年5月于深圳市光明新区人民医院和深圳市石岩人民医院行手术治疗的肝癌患者30例为观察组，同期选取30例志愿者或肝脏良性病变者为对照组。制备标本后行IRX1基因在肝脏组织中mRNA转录水平的检测、IRX1蛋白表达水平的检测，比较两组病例IRX1表达的差异。结果对照组肝脏标本组织中IRX1蛋白的表达及转录水平与对照组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组中高、中、低分化的IRX1蛋白的表达分别是对照组的1.90、3.31、3.33倍，观察组中高、中、低分化转录水平分别是对照组的2.95、1.83、4.46倍，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组标本组织中IRX1阳性率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组病例的并发症比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论同源基因IRX1参与了肝癌的发生、发展过程，且表达与肝癌的分化程度相关，IRX1可作为临床判断病情的指标。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the expression and clinical significance of homologous gene IRX1 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods30 patients with liver cancer who were treated by operation in People′s Hospital of Guangming New District in Shenzhen City and Shiyan People′s Hospital of Shenzhen City from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected as observation group,at the same period,30 volunteers or patients with benign liver diseases were selected as control group.Detection of mRNA transcription level and detection of IRX1 protein expression in liver tissue after IRX1 gene was prepared,and the differences of IRX1 expression were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe expression and transcription level of IRX1 protein in the liver tissue of the control group were significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.05).In the observation group,the expression of IRX1 protein in high,middle and low differentiation was 1.90 times,3.31 times and 3.33 times of control group respectively.In the observation group,high,middle and low differentiation transcription level was 2.95 times,1.83 times,4.46 times as compared with that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of IRX1 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionIRX1 is involved in the incidence and devel opment process of hepatocellular carcinoma,and its expression is correlated with the degree of differentiation of liver cancer.IRX1 can be used as an indicator for judge the state of an illness in clinic.
