Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of PDCA mode in 5S management of three rooms.MethodsBefore management,from June 2016 to August,the goods standardized management of the three rooms (therapeutic room, treatment room,nurse′s Office)in the 23 wards of our hospital were selected as the control group.After management,from September 2016 to November,23 wards taken 5S management of our hospital were selected as the observation group. The 5S management was promoted by using PDCA mode.The effect before and after 5S management was compared by calculating the meetting requirements ward compliance rate of three rooms standard management.ResultsThe reduced rate of base drugs,rescue drugs and specialty drugs in the observation group were respectively 42.1%，9.09%and 62.5%.Compared with the control group,the type of medicine in the wards of observation group decreased significantly, with significant difference (P＜0.05).The meetting requirements ward compliance rate of three rooms management in the observation group was 91.3%,which was higher than that in the control group (67.4%),with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of PDCA mode in the management of three rooms 5S has good effect,which can effectively improve the management of the three room articles and the quantitative and positioning of drugs,not only improves the room environment,but also improves the quality of nursing staff.
