Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the expressions of metastasis associated protein 1(MTA1)and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(Ki-67)in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues and their correlation.Methods46 cases of NSCLC tissues and 20 cases of normal tissues in Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital from January 2011 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects, immunohistochemistry of SP was used to detect the expressions of MTA1 and Ki-67 in NSCLC tissues and adjacent paracancerous tissues. The correlation between their expression and pathologic parameters were analyzed by statistics.ResultsThe positive expressions rate of MTA1 and Ki-67 in NSCLC tissues were 65.22%and 54.35%,significantly higher than the positive expressions rate of 15%and 20%in normal tissues(P<0.05); there was no significant relationship between the expressions of MTA1 and Ki-67 in NSCLC tissues(r=0.064,P>0.05); the positive expression rate of MTA1 in the group of lymph node metastasis of NSCLC was higher than that without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);the positive expression rate of Ki-67 in low differentiation group of NSCLC was higher than that in high differentiation group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe abnormal expressions of MTA1 and Ki-67 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
