Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)combined with compound musk injection on the treatment of diffuse axonal injury(DAI)and the effect of arousal.Methods The patients from September 2014 to June 2016 in our hospital with diffuse axonal injury in 42 cases were randomly divided into two groups,21cases in experimental group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with compound musk injection treatment,while the control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and in 6 months after treatment,the two groups of patients was compared with awareness of the situation improved,and Glasgow outcome score(GOS)to evaluate the curative effect and prognosis.Results Compared with the control group(28.57%),the cure rate of the experimental group(52.38%)was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group(71.00%),the awake rate of the experimental group(90.47%)was significantly higher;the awake time of of the experimental group[(17.44±10.22)d]was shorter than that of the control group[(24.37±11.56)d]，and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrent rate and complication rate in the experimental group(10.00%,14.00%)were significantly higher than those in the control group(33.00%,43.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The curative effect was significant.Conclusion The curative effect of patients with diffuse injury of shrinkage is good, which can increase the patients improve patients'life quality and outcomes.
