Abstract：Objective To analyze the influence of hydrosalpinx on endometrial receptivity applying Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Methods 80 patients with hydrosalpinx treated by our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected and they were divided into the experimental group A(unilateral hydrosalpinx group,n=40)and the experimental group B(bilateral hydrosalpinx group,n=40)according to the number random principle.Another group of 40 healthy women who already gave birth in the same period was selected as the control group.The blood flow resistance index(RI)of uterine artery and blood flow distribution among three groups were compared.Results In the experimental group A having hydrocele and experimental group B,RI value of blood flow in the uterine artery was obviously higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in RI value of blood flow in the uterine artery in experimental group A having hydrocele and experimental group B(P＞0.05).The percentage of type A and type C in the experimental group A was higher than that in the control group.The percentage of type A in the experimental group B was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Hydrosalpinx will have certain influence on uterine artery hemodynamics,which increases blood flow resistance and reduces endometrial and subintimal blood flow,and decreases endometrial receptivity.
