Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the app1ication effect of standardized hea1th management in community e1der1y patients with stroke. Methods 100 e1der1y stroke patients in our center with estab1ished hea1th record from January 2014 to December were se1ected and random1y divided into the intervention group and the contro1 group,50 cases in each group.The contro1 group was given routine management,the intervention group was given standardized hea1th management on the basis of the contro1 group.The score of exercise function and qua1ity of 1ife in the two groups was compared. Results The score of exercise function of the upper and 1ower 1imbs in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that before intervention and in the contro1 group after intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05). The score of qua1ity of 1ife in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that before intervention and in the contro1 group after intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized hea1th management in e1der stroke patients in community can time1y and accurate1y grasp the patient information,standardize management of stroke in community,improve exercise function and qua1ity of 1ife of patients.
