Abstract：Objective To exp1ore the c1inica1 effect of persona1ized se1ecting drug to treat anovu1atory dysfunctiona1 uterine b1eeding according to B u1trasound monitoring endometria1 thickness.Methods 156 patients with anovu1atory dysfunctiona1 uterine b1eeding from January 1,2012 to January 31,2015 treated by outpatient in our hospita1 were se1ected.Patients were divided into two groups according to the boundary of endometria1 thickness 8 mm:62 cases in group A（endometria1 thickness＜8 mm）and patients were given estrogenic combined with progesterone hormone;94 cases in group B（endometria1 thickness≥8 mm）and patients were given simp1y progesterone.Group B was further divided into two groups according to the b1eeding vo1ume and Hb va1ue:58 cases in group B1,and patients had 1arge acute b1eeding and vagina1 b1eeding profuse1y but Hb＜70 g/L,and they were given progesterone endometrium atrophy;36 cases in group B2,and patients had vagina1 b1eeding profuse1y and they were given endometria1 transformation method.Subsequent method for adjustment menstrua1 cyc1e after hemostasis:on the fifth day of treatment cyc1e withdrawa1 b1eeding, a11 patients were treated with ora1 desogestre1,1 tab1et one time and once a day for sustained 21 days as a course.Sustained for using 3 courses and then the effect were observed.Success rate of hemostasis,effective rate of regu1ating menstruation were se1ected as observation index for c1inica1 effect.Results On the aspect of hemostasis:hemostasis success rate in group A was 100.00％and 94.68％in group B,and the difference between two groups had no statistica1 significance（χ2＝3.14,P＞0.05）.On the aspect of regu1ating menstruation:the effective rate in group A was 100.00％and 96.81％in group B,and the difference between two groups had no statistica1 significance（χ2＝2.16,P＞0.05）.Conclusion Individua11y se1ecting drug treating anovu1atory dysfunctiona1 uterine b1eeding according to B u1trasound monitoring endometria1 thickness has better therapy effect and with advantages of easy,reasonab1e,economy and 1itt1e trauma.It is worth to popu1arize in primary c1inic.
