Abstract:Objective To exp1ore the effect of Sufentani1 on undergoing hemodynamic and stress responses of cardiac surgery patients.Methods 40 cases of congenita1 heart disease who were under cardiopu1monary bypass cardiac surgery in our hospita1 from October 2014 to June 2015 were se1ected as the researcher object,they were divided into observation group(30 cases)and contro1 group(10 cases),and according to the dose,observation group was divided into different group A(1 μg/kg,n=15)and group B(2 μg/kg,n=15),and then MAP,HR,CVP and E and NE indicators of different time points were recorded,and hemodynamics and p1asma catecho1amine changes were ana1yzed.Results Compared with the preoperative,three groups′HR decreased after induction of anesthesia,observation group′s dec1ine was more obvious than contro1 group,group B′s dec1ine was more obvious than group A,the difference was significant(P<0.05);after endotrachea1 intubation,the observation group′s HR increased rate was 1ower than the contro1 group,the difference was significant(P<0.05); three groups′MAP a11 decreased after induction of anesthesia,the observation group 's dec1ine 1eve1 was 1ower than the contro1 group,and the differenceIt was significant(P<0.05).Compared with base1ine,the three groups′norepinephrine concentration a11 increased after aortic open surgery,their norepinephrine a11 decreased at the end of srugey,which observation group′s 1ifting range was more obvious,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In cardiac surgery,Sufentanni1 has a good effect in Anesthesia inducing,can he1p to maintain the stabi1ity of the circu1atory system of patients,and 1arge doses of medication in reducing the stress response negative effect is more prominent,sma11 doses of medication are more conducive to ear1y extubation.
