Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the multi-slice CT (MSCT)features of solitary pulmonary ground-glass nodules.MethodsThe clinical and CT data of 127 patients with solitary pulmonary ground-glass nodules in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to benign and malignant lesions, 87 cases in benign lesion group and 40 cases in malignant lesion group. The CT signs of two groups of solitary pulmonary ground-glass nodule patients were observed.ResultsSmooth edges and globular nodules in benign lesion group were more seen than that in Malignant Lesion Group, while, the vacuole signs, the solid part, blood vessel trajection and pleural proportion in malignant lesion group was higher than that of the benign lesion group, with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionMSCT can clearly show the morphological characteristics of different types of solitary pulmonary ground-glass nodules, especially the relationship between blood vessel and pleura, which can provide a reliable theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
