Abstract：ObjectiveTo study and analyze the regularity of syndrome elements of anorectal diseases in Quanzhou Area, and to explore the clinical diagnosis and effective treatment program.Methods300 cases of anorectal diseases in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research object.According to the self-made questionnaire of traditional Chinesemedicine syndromes of the four diagnostic information collection,applying syndrome differentiation of syndrome elements,using to the frequency analysis,factor analysis and other statisticalmethods,distribution and combination regularity of syndrome elements in patientswith hemorrhoids in Quanzhou Area were researched and organized,the distribution and combination rule of the common syndrome elementswere analyzed.ResultsIrrational dietwas the main cause of the incidence of hemorrhoids in Quanzhou Area,and eating spicy food was the main reason.In the syndrome elements,the average score of the large intestine and the syndrome elements of febrile syndrome were the highest(P＜0.05).The proportion of the indexes of the large intestine damp-heat syndrome and the dampness stagnating in spleen syndrome were the largest(P＜0.05).From the essence of syndrome factor,the principal components of Z1was significantly related to the large intestine,heat and dampness,the principal components of Z2was significantly related to Qi Stagnation,Blood Stasis,the principal components of Z3was closely related to spleen,Qi Deficiency and Dampness.ConclusionThe large intestine damp-heat syndrome of syndrome elements in the Quanzhou Area is themost common syndrome elements,and large intestine is also themajor syndrome elements,Heat and Humidity are themajor syndrome elements.According to these indicators,the corresponding treatment plan can be used in the treatment of patients with hemorrhoids in Quanzhou Area,which has important significance in clinical.
