阴道彩色超声在中西医结合治疗不孕症中的应用探讨

摘要目的探讨阴道彩色超声在中西医结合治疗不孕症中的应用价值。方法选取2014年12月～2015年8月我院妇产科收治的120例采用中西医结合治疗的不孕症患者，对所有患者定期采用阴道彩色超声监测子宫与卵泡发育状况，监测的同时治疗1年，观察阴道彩超监测情况与治疗效果。结果治疗后，卵泡直径为（25.52±0.44）mm，优于治疗前的（13.07±0.91）mm（t=134.9268，P＜0.05），子宫内膜厚度高于治疗前（t=103.0617，P＜0.05），卵泡增长速度为（1.60±0.37）mm/d，较治疗前的（0.78±0.41）mm/d明显更快（t=16.2650，P＜0.05）。所有患者均在治疗不同时期恢复正常排卵，怀孕率为65.00％。结论阴道彩色超声可以动态观测采用中西医结合治疗的不孕症患者子宫变化情况，监测卵泡直径、增长速度以及子宫内膜厚度变化，以便查明不孕原因，观察治疗效果，预测怀孕情况，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of vaginal color ultrasound in the treatment of infertility by integration of traditional Chinese and Westernmedicine.M ethods From December 2014 to August 2015,120 cases of infertility treated by integration of traditional Chinese and Westernmedicine and admitted into our Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics were selected.Uterine and follicular development in all these participants weremonitored by vaginal color ultrasonography at regular intervals.Treatmentwas continued for one year at the same time in order to further observe the vaginal color Doppler monitoring and therapeutic effect.Results After treatment,the follicular diameter was (25.52±0.44)mm,which was better than(13.07±0.91)mm before treatment(t=134.9268,P＜0.05),the endometrial thicknesswasmuch better than thatbefore treatment(t=103.0617,P＜0.05),the follicle growth ratewas(1.60±0.37)mm/d,which was significantly faster than(0.78±0.41)mm/d before treatment(t=16.2650,P＜0.05).Normal ovulation was returned in all participants in different stages of treatment,and the pregnancy rate was 65.00％.Conclusion Vaginal color ultrasonography can be used to observe the changes of uterus,follicle diameter,endometrial growth rate and thickness in patientswith infertility treated by integration of traditional Chinese and Westernmedicine aiming at identifying the cause of infertility,observing the therapeutic effect,and predicting pregnancy,which isworth promoting.
