Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of"improved anterior colporrhaphy"in pelvic organ prolapsed(POP).Methods 75patients with POP admitted into Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in People′s Hospital of Nanchang County from January 2009 to November 2014 were divided into A group(43 cases)and B group (32 cases)by different surgery regimens. All patients received transvaginal hysterectomy and conventional posterior colporrhaphy.A group took"improved anterior colporrhaphy"and B group took conventional anterior colporrhaphy. The intraoperative indexes, pelvic floor function(PFF)score and postoperative follow-up of two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of A group was[(80.1±31.9)ml],significantly decreased compared with B group[(112.2± 63.8)ml](P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the surgery time between A group and B group(P>0.05); 12 months after surgery,PFIQ-7 and PFDI-20 scores of A group was(3.4±4.4)scores,(4.3±4.1)scores,which significantly decreased compared with(17.5±5.4)scores,(12.1±8.2)scores of B group(P<0.05);the vaginal length of A group [(5.5±0.5)cm]was significantly shorter than B group[(5.8±0.4)cm](P<0.05);the vaginal top width of A group was(2.5± 0.1)cm compared with(1.7±0.5)cm of B group, with significant difference(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of postoperative 3-month and the incidence of new urinary retention of postoperative 1 week between two groups, there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the recurrence rate of postoperative 6-month and 12-month in A group significantly decreased compared with B group[7.0%vs 28.1%;7.0%vs 28.1%](P<0.05).Conclusion"improved anterior colporrhaphy"for POP patients undergoing total hysterectomy has good effects, and can reduce intraoperatve blood loss, decrease postoperative recurrence rate and improve living quality, which is worthy of clinical generalization.
