中西医结合人才培养模式初探

摘要目前，我国中西医结合培养仍处于探索阶段，本文通过对中西医结合教学实践中存在的问题、难题进行分析，提出解决策略，增进学生的学习兴趣及意识，改进教学方法，加强实践技能培养，教研结合，改革考试及考核模式，对中西医结合教学模式进行革新，优化教学方案，形成一套新型实用的中西医结合人才培养模式。

Abstract：At present，the cooperation train of Chinese and western medicine is still in the exploratory stage.In this paper，through the analysis of the problem and puzzle in teaching practice of combination Chinese and western medicine，solution strategy is proposed，such as enhancing learning interest and awareness of students，improvement teaching methods，increasing practical skills training，combination teaching and research and reforming examination and examination mode to reform the teaching mode of Chinese and western medicine，optimizing teaching plan，in order to form a new and practical personnel training mode of combination traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine.
