Abstract：Objective To establish a risk assessment table for placenta implantation in patientswith placenta previa，and to evaluate the forecasting efficiency of this risk assessment table.Methods Data of 955 patientswith placenta previa in 9 hospitals in Dongguan City included Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Dongguan City from January 2011 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed，patients with placenta previa and placenta implantation were selected as case group and patients with simple placenta previa but not combined with placenta implantation were selected as control group.550 caseswere selected to analyze the independent risk factors of placenta previa and placenta implantation.The high risk factors and color Doppler ultrasound results of placenta previa and placenta implantation were given the value and risk assessment table of placenta previa and placenta implantation was established.Data of 405 patients with placenta previa were selected to evaluate the forecasting efficiency of this risk assessment table.Results History of cesarean section（OR=2.059，95%CI：1.289-3.289），number of pregnant（OR=1.821，95%CI：1.179-2.814），number of give birth（OR=1.577，95%CI：1.336-1.765）and central type placenta（OR=1.971，95%CI：1.534-2.534）were the independent risk factors of placenta previa and placenta implantation.There was no statistical difference between the risk degree and the actual incidence of placenta previa patients with placenta implantation （χ2=8.127，P=0.491）.Conclusion Risk assessment of placenta previa combined with placenta implantation is advantageous to the risk management of patients with placenta previa and the established evaluation table can predict the risk of placenta implantation in patients with placenta previa.Due to non large sample and multi center study，the data need to be further collected to analyze and study to establish amore reliable evaluation system.
