Abstract:Objective To observe and compare the effects ofmultidisciplinary team(MDT)mode and traditionalmode in oncology clinical practice teaching.Methods 81 undergraduates in 2010 grade and 91 undergraduates in 2011 grade major in oncology,who had been practiced in the Cancer Center of the First Hospital of University of South China from May 2014 to December 2015,were chosen and taught respectively by MDT mode or traditionalmode in the period of internship.After the internship stage,the students should carried out questionnaires and evaluated their study effect,and then the comparative analysiswasmade.Results The students gave a high praise on the application of MDTmode and this innovation has resulted in a better effect especially.Conclusion MDT model is a better method than traditional mode in oncology practice teaching.
