SUN Xiao-yan1 YU Bo1 LIN Li-juan2▲
Guide::
 Objective To study the inhibitory effect of Liuwei Dihuang Pills combined with dendritic cells on gastric cancer cells.Methods Gastric cancer antigen was prepared by repeated freeze-thaw method to sensitize rat bone marrow-derived dendritic cells.Altogether 24 SD rats for in vitro experiments were randomly divided into four groups,namely blank control group (group A),dendritic cells group (group B),Liuwei Dihuang Pills group (group C),and drugcontaining dendritic cells group (group D),with 6 rats in each group.Twenty-four NOD/SCID rats were selected for in vivo experiments (randomly divided into group a,b,c,and d,with 6 rats in each group).The inhibitory effect of each group on gastric cancer cells was detected respectively by drawing cell growth curve,plate cloning experiments,and in vivo tumor formation experiment.Results The growth curve of tumor cells showed that with the extension of time,group D had more obvious inhibitory effect on gastric cancer cells,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).According to the results of plate cloning experiment,the statistically significant difference was found in the cell clone formation rate between group A and group D (P<0.05).In vivo tumor formation experiment results showed that the tumor tissue was obtained after multiple intragastric administration and injection of dendritic cells,the tumor volume of group D was smaller than that of group A,with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Liuwei Dihuang Pills and dendritic cells has killing effect on gastric cancer cells,which is better than that of single Liuwei Dihuang Pills or dendritic cells alone.
