骨皮质切开术加速正畸牙移动的发展状况

Abstract With the development of technology,the quality of life has improved.The self-image issue has attracted more and more people.The proportion of adults who accepted the orthodontic treatment has increased greatly.Traditional orthodontic treatments been confirmed so inefficient,teeth could be moved almostly 1 mm each month,the whole treatment may last for two years.Many malocclusion patients gived up treatment dued to the long period of the treatment.Compared with teenagers,the capacity of adults bone remodeling relatively weak.Obviously,great attention has been paid to the efficiency of the teeth movement.There are plenty of methods used to improve the efficiency of the teeth movement,Many animal experiments and clinical experiments proved Corticolomy surgery belonged to one of high efficiency ways for teeth movement.This paper mainly elaborate the development mechanism and clinical use of corticolomy surgery.
