同期瘘管外切联合松挂线手术治疗复杂性肛瘘合并肛周脓肿的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of concurrent fistula external resection combined with loose thread operation in the treatment of complex anal fistula complicated with perianal abscess. Methods A total of 90 patients with complex anal fistulas and perianal abscesses admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Nankang from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group (45 cases)and an experimental group (45 cases)according to the odd and even number method.The control group was treated with staging fistula external resection combined with loose thread surgery, while the experimental group was treated with fistula external resection combined with loose thread surgery. The clinical operative indicators, postoperative complications and treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The wound healing time, operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Simultaneous and staged fistula external resection combined with loose thread surgery has better results and higher safety in the treatment of complex anal fistulas with perianal abscesses. However, the concurrent surgical plan takes shorter time, faster postoperative recovery, which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
