梅花针扣刺联合热敏灸治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of plum blossom needle acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on post-herpetic neuralgia in elderly patients with herpes zoster （HZ）.Methods A total of 50 elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia who treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carbamazepine,the observation group was treated with plum blossom needle and acupuncture combined with heat-sensitiv moxibustion,the sleep quality score,skin lesion degree score,visual analogy score (VAS)and total effective rate were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the sleep quality score,skin lesion score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group (96.00%)was higher than that of the control group (72.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plum blossom needle acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with postherpetic neuralgia in the elderly,which is worthy of popularization.
